 DirectX driver not signed?

When I try to install DirectX 9.0 I get a error that
says "DirectX driver not digitally signed". Whats up with
that, how do I correct this problem?

If you are using a linksys router ensure that the firmware is up to date.
Ensure your cryptographic services are not disabled and ensure your firewall
is not active temporarily at the time you are downloading the update:

1.. Start the Administrative Tools utility in Control Panel.
  2.. Double-click Services.
3.. Right-click Cryptographic Services, and then click Properties.
4.. Click Automatic for Startup type, and then click Start.
