1.HELP: WinXP: Lost Wan Miniport - Packet Scheduler Miniport

I installed Windows XP and was monkeying around with NICs and PPPoE. 
 Now for some reason, My Wan Miniport Packet Scheduler Miniport is 
 missing and the Wan Miniport (IP) has the yellow exclamation mark on 
 it. I did not uninstall the Packet Scheduler myself. I cannot figure 
 out how to get it back????? 
 
Anyone know???
