 Refresh / Flicker problem

I'm having a problem where my screen will refresh or
flicker every now and then.  Sometimes after a few hours,
sometimes back to back, but always a pain.  It acts like
if I have just changed the resolution or refresh
settings, as far as the "flicker effect."  Other then
that, no changes are made.  I usually only notice this
when browsing the web, running IE6 SP1.  Here's what I
have: Windows XP SP1, P4 2Ghz, GeForce 3 Ti200 video, a
P95f+ Viewsonic monitor, and I have my resolution set at
1024 x 768, 32 bit color, and 100mhz refresh rate.  I've
brought it from 60 to 100mhz in hopes that was the
problem.  That wasn't it.  I'm sure I have all the latest
drivers.  Someone please help with this annoying little
problem.  Thanks.

If available, test the PC with another monitor.  If problems persist,
suspect the video adaptor.

1.Continuous Refresh/Flicker Problem

My screen "refreshes" or flickers constantly for no
apparent reason.  Usually when running Internet
Explorer.  Sometimes it'll go hours without refreshing,
and sometimes, it'll do it back to back a few times.
Here's what I got:  Win XP Pro SP1, IE6 SP1, ZoneAlarm
Pro 3.5, Asus GeForce3 Ti200 video card, 1024 by 768
resolution, color at 32bit, and refresh rate is set at
100mhz.  I've gone from 60 to 100mhz though hoping it
would go away.  It has not.  I'm sure I have the latest
drivers, can anyone help?
