I installed a USB driver and I got a Blue screen on exit from windows I have
the driver and re-installed a newer version but ever since I got the Blue
Screen my PC has not been able to start up normally I need to press CTRL/ALT
DEL.

This is the blue screen I get

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer.

PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES

If this is the first you've seen this error stop error screen, restart bla
bla.. I have tried all that and it does not work I have removed the drivers
I still get the blue screen
