1. Describe what works on the client, what doesn't work, and the
complete text of all error messages.
2. Go to Start | Run | Winipcfg, select the network card, click More
Info, and report what it shows for IP address, subnet mask, default
gateway, DNS servers, and DHCP server.
3. Go to a command prompt, enter these commands, and report the
