How do I permanently turn it off? I run msconfig everytime and every time i restart, it's still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Turning off dumprep 0-k in startup
After you turn it off in msconfig Right click My Computer--Properties--Advanced--Under Startup & Recovery click Settings--Under System Failure/Write Debugging Information choose "none" from the drop-down box. Ok your way out Hope this helps. Elaine
