rick #1 / 1	asynchronous socket error 10053 any one ever hear of this or know how to fix it?? it keeps popping up over & over again about every couple of seconds. i've unplugged one at a time just about everything from the computer & nothing seems to help. i tried defrag, error scan, rebooting etc... help!!!! rick

I've been "receiving" mail for two hours now. After awhile I'll get the
error message that the connection with the server was lost and the error #s
shown. I disabled my A/V and firewall to eliminate that possibility, but
continue to either have receiving mail or the error triangle in the system
tray. Tried to send to myself and it showed in the Sent folder, but it too
is stuck in {*filter*}space.

Thanks for any ideas.
