NE2000 compatible, Accton Network Card Driver?

I have a PC with an ISA, Accton network card and am
looking for a driver that I can use with windows XP.

I've been told I might be able to use an NE2000 driver
since it is an NE2000 compatible card, so I'd be grateful
if anyone can point me in that direction too.

The card details are as follows:

 Ethernet 16 bit

P/N: 142066-400 REV 02B

1/2 size BNC & RJ45 "MPX EN5025"

NE2000 compatible, Accton Network Card Driver?

I have a PCMCIA version of the same card.  There are drivers on the XP CD
final relaease that will allow it to function.  Actually there were two
NEC2000 drivers (generic) on the CD - look for them, they are there.

Good Luck, Len

1.NE2000 compatible Network Card

I have recently assembled a computer at home, and had installed a
network card SN2000 (SimpleNet) which claims to be 100% NE2000
compatible.  After installation using Windows' Novell drivers (for a
NE2000) Everything seemed fine.
Now whenever I bind a protocol such as IPX/SPX or NETBEUI to my NE2000,
Win95 freezes on the startup screen.  The colors scroll across the
bottom of the screen, the HD cranks for a seemingly very long time, and
then just clicks every 15 sec. or so.  I then need to reboot to
safe-mode, remove the protocols bound to my network card, and all is
fine again.  What's going on?  Is it my card?  Drivers?  Win95?

Thanks in advance,
