 Services: Crypkey License

Crypkey License by Kenonic Services is listed in my running Services.  How
do I figure out what program it installed with?  Would it be a bad idea to
delete crypkey.ini?  I've run across bunches of discussions about problems
with chkdsk or defrag and this particular item, but no information about
getting rid of it.

TIA
Pam

Postscript:
Duh.  I opened crypkey.ini and found that it was, as I suspected, a trial
version of Bustrace that installed it.  I uninstalled Bustrace through
add/remove.  I guess it's okay to go ahead and delete the ini.
