That doesn't work in XP. I don't know why, or how, but it eventually goes
away on it's own.

| Open IE Options, select the Connection tab, select the connection you use
| and then click Settings. Click Advanced and then remove the check next to
| "Disconnect when this connection may no longer be needed".
